Rough details on making a world time clock

This is a screen capture of an "azimuthal distance" projection from a South Pole centre.

Here's the final clock: (the disk rotates clockwise every 24 hours and the minute hand rotates every hour giving better accuracy

This pic shows how the hour numbers are fixed and serve as the base of the clock.
